First, the determination of the drying room

The evaporation intensity method calculates the volume of the drying chamber according to the amount of evaporated water and the evaporation intensity, and then calculates the effective height according to the relationship between the diameter and the height.

Second, the diameter of the drying room
Another method is to calculate the required air consumption through material balance and heat balance, and then determine the diameter of the dryer according to the air speed range.

Third, the height and size of the dryer
The hot air coming out of the hot air distributor enters the drying room through the annular gap in a tangential direction. The materials in the drying room make a spiral rotating upward movement under the action of hot air blowing and the impulse of the mixer. When studying the fluid motion of smaller particles under the action of centrifugal force field, the effect of gravity is small, so it can be ignored.

Application of rotary flash dryer

Its main function is to separate materials with larger particles or non-dried materials from qualified products.
